There is a ONE WEEK cancellation policy for events. All prices are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. A 7% Goods and Services tax(GST) applies to our Canadian trips. To confirm your reservation for an event, we require you to have filled out the online registration and made your payment through our secure payment system. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. All of our trips are refundable providing you cancel before the cancellation deadline. However, a small processing fee may be charged. All trips are transferable to another individual if you are not able to make it with prior notification. Some of our trips are physically demanding and visit areas where medical help may be limited. We make every possible effort to describe each event as accurately as possible. We recommend that you read the trip description before you purchase a spot. IntroAdventures and their affiliated or associated operators and suppliers, and all related employees shall not be responsible for any damages to property and/or equipment sustained by anyone who has signed up for an event or trip with IntroAdventures. IntroAdventures and its employees will not be held criminally responsible for any personal injury, illness or death as a result of signing up for an event. Any individual signing up for an event will be held liable for any damages sustained to property and/or equipment of IntroAdventures and our suppliers. Tour guides/operators have the right to eject any member who is under the influence of drugs and/or is causing a disruption to other people. The act of signing up for an event makes the individual completely responsible for his/her safety while in the event and any other activities put on after the event. Individuals who sign up agree not to operate a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol while on or after the event. IntroAdventures is not responsible for any lost or stolen goods while on our events. We expressly reserve the right in our sole and arbitrary discretion, to cancel or withdraw a participant at any time.
