IntroAdventures is a business listings site for adventure related businesses. Unlike some business listings sites that have everything under the sun listed, IntroAdventures provides the link between people who want to try a new adventure with those businesses that provide those experiences.

How do I get my business listed on IntroAdventures?
It's easy. Simply click on the 'Add your business' link in the footer or register as a new user from the Business Login screen.
IntroAdventures is not in my city. Can I still sign up?
Absolutely, you can sign up your business in any location. We will showcase large metropolitan areas but our dynamic search queries will make sure your business is found.
Does it cost anything to get my business listed?
No, it is completely FREE to add your business to IntroAdventures. For our members we want to showcase as many adventure companies from around the world.
Why upgrade to a paid Enhanced business listing?
For those businesses who want to stand out from the pack, we provided a paid business listing. There are many benefits to an enhanced profile, which will provide your business additional tools to help market and promote your service.
How do I remove my business listing?
Sorry, but can not remove any business that has been added and is accurate and still active as we want to provide as many resources to our members. If the business has shut down and/or is out of business, then we will remove it from the site.
The information you have on my business in incorrect?
This can simply be changed by signing up a free business account and take control over your listing. You will then be able to maintain accurate business information for your listing.
Why can't I log into my business account?
Make sure you are in fact on the Business log in screen. You may be trying to sign in as a member rather than a business.
Why can't I see my business listing?
Free basic listings can take up to 72hrs before appearing on the site. You will receive an email sent to the email account your registered with notifying that you business listing is no active.
Can I edit/change my business account information?
Yes, you can easily update your business listing 24/7. Just log in to the BusinessCenter.
How do I upgrade my account to an Enhanced listing?
You can easily upgrade your account by clicking on the 'Upgrade Account' link at the top of your account settings once your have logged in.
I have forgotten my password?
Just click on the 'Forgot Password' link and enter your email address and we will send you your password information.
Why was I logged off?
For your security, the system will log you out after a period of inactivity.
The map on my profile is not correct?
Information for Google maps is pulled from the address information on your business profile. If this address is not recognized by Google, then no map location will be shown.
I operated my business out of my home. How do I hide this information?
If you are running the business out of your home, you may want to turn off the automated Google map generator. Simply click the box 'Do not show my business address'. This will remove the map from your business profile.
Responding to Reviews
Who can review my business?
Anyone who is a registered member of IntroAdventures can review your business.
Can I delete a review?
No, unless you feel the review has broken our Terms of Use we do not delete user reviews.
Can I report a review?
Yes, simply click on the 'Flag for review' link next to the review. Add your reason for flagging the review. Once we receive the flagged material, we will promptly review it and will delete the review if we feel it has not followed our Terms of Use.
How did I respond to a review?
Basic business listings can not reply to a review. Enhanced business listings are able to post a 'Business Owners Response' to either a positive or negative review they may have received.
Responding to a positive review?
Do not take this opportunity to spam this member with all kinds of offers and promotions. We suggest you simply write a quick thank you and leave it at that. If they truly enjoyed their experience with you, you can be assured that they will tell there friends and family.
Responding to a negative review?
If you receive a negative review take this as an opportunity to address their concerns. They may have had a very valid reason for writing a negative review. We suggest you take some time to reflect on what they have said and then carefully word your reply. Remember, your response will be visible to the public so DO NOT make it personal or g after them. We suggest you simply apologize too them for have a negative experience, and explain what may have gone wrong (ie. We were short staffed that day) and thank them for their honesty.
