What does it cost?
-Membership and sign up are free. You only pay for each adventure you go on.
Am I obligated to participate in events once I sign up?
-No. Once you sign up, we will keep you updated of upcoming events but you are not obligated to book an event with us.
Are you guys a dating service?
-No, we are not a dating service. We simply introduce people together to participate in group events.
Is there any pressure on me to meet someone?
-No, there is no pressure on you. Our main goal is to put on a fun adventure that will help you grow as an individual while being active and enjoying life.
Who is your target demographic?
-Our target demographic is young urban professionals with the average age being between 25 and 45. You have to be at least 19 but there is no limit on age. Some events will attract a younger group, some will attract more mature people.
Do you have to be Single?
For our single events you should be single. If you are already in a relationship and would like to attend one of our events, you are limited to our events for couples. For our single events you can bring along one non-single person if you do not want to attend an adventure by yourself.
Do you guys have a privacy policy?
-Yes, IntroAdventures promises to use your information solely for our purposes. No information will be sent or sold to third parties. Click here for details.
Will my credit card information be safe?
-Yes, IntroAdventures is a fully secure e-commerce site. IntroAdventures uses Moneris Eselect plus solutions (Royal Bank and Bank of Montreal) which is Canada`s #1 payment processor and Verified by Visa. We also have a SSL(Secure Socket Layer) certificate, which ensures all data passed between the web server and browser remains private and integral.
Can I pay by cheque?
-Yes, We do accept cheques but due to limited space in all of our events, we do ask that you confirm by phone or email so we can hold a spot for you. Cheques must arrive one week prior to the event. Please make cheques payable to IntroAdventures. Call or email for mailing address.
Why am I having problems signing up for an event?
-You must become a member before you can sign up for an event. Go to our free sign up page and create yourself a username and password and fill in all of the (*)required fields. Submit the form. You should now be logged onto the site. Go to our events page and if you find an event that interests you, simply click the register button to take you to our secure payment page. If your computer will not display the secure payment page then you may have to temporarily disable your antivirus software.
For couples, Do we both sign up?
-Only one person needs to sign up for a couple membership. Either person can sign in and book an event. The price shown will be for two tickets to an event.
